Role Summary
The organization is looking for an HR Manager to oversee core human resource functions and strengthen day-to-day HR operations. The position calls for a professional who can manage recruitment, employee support, compliance, and performance-related initiatives while also improving processes and using HR data effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hiring activities and manage the recruitment cycle end to end.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration.
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management and employee development activities.
- Ensure HR policies are implemented properly and legal compliance requirements are met.
Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration. A background of 8 to 15 years in HR operations or HR systems is preferred. The role also requires strong analytical ability, a process-improvement mindset, and comfort working with HR software, dashboards, and data management tools.

This role is based in Nashik, India. The compensation offered is INR 6,50,000 to 7,50,000 per year.
