Role Overview

The HR Generalist will be a key member of the people team, helping connect HR activities with business goals, reinforcing company culture, and supporting a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle for a fast-growing, globally distributed workforce.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and compliance requirements in Germany, France, and the Netherlands while helping reduce legal exposure.
• Take part in probation reviews, annual performance discussions, and disciplinary meetings.
• Support the rollout of an HR software system from the ground up.
• Act as a trusted connector between leadership and employees when handling concerns, requests, and grievances with tact and professionalism.
• Provide guidance to middle management on leadership-related matters.
• Handle administrative HR work such as monitoring sick leave and tracking annual leave absences.
