Role Overview
The Housing Specialist will manage workforce housing operations in Riyadh and coordinate day-to-day employee accommodation activities. This role focuses on housing capacity, employee movement, issue resolution, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and clients.
Core Duties
- Oversee mobilization activities and keep track of housing capacity requirements.
- Work with the RM team on employee returns and cases where employees refuse assignments.
- Handle employee issues and support timely resolution.
- Take responsibility for housing maintenance, including B9 housing upkeep.
- Coordinate employee interviews with clients.
- Arrange the sending and receiving of employees with clients.
- Prepare and maintain housing reports.
- Monitor arrival notifications and follow up as needed.
- Coordinate with Sales to keep the status of reserved employees updated.
- Manage housing-related purchases.
- Support medical test coordination for Iqama processing and SIM card arrangements.
- Follow up on housing food arrangements.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time onsite role.
