Role Overview
The company is looking for a Housekeeper to help keep the apartment community clean, organized, and presentable. This position suits someone with a careful eye, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work well with others while maintaining high standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Keep the apartment community clean and well maintained on a professional basis.
- Prepare vacant apartments, the leasing office, and the clubroom so they remain clean and welcoming.
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, washing windows, removing trash, wiping appliances, and dusting surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms in the office area, clubroom, and pool facilities.
- Wipe down appliances and clear detergent residue in the laundry room.
- Support additional tasks whenever assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience is an advantage.
- A strong focus on accuracy and detail is important.
- The job may involve helping with emergency situations outside regular hours when needed.
- Physical ability is required, including lifting up to 30 lbs. and climbing stairs regularly.
- A valid driver's license may be required for this position.
