Role overview
We are hiring a Host for a busy airport venue in Horley. This role sits within a major UK hospitality group operating hundreds of restaurants and pubs across the country. The position is focused on creating a welcoming first impression, keeping guest flow moving at peak times, and helping deliver a smooth service from start to finish.
What you'll do
You will be the first point of contact for arriving guests, helping their journey begin on the right note with a friendly and professional welcome. You’ll support queue management during busy periods, work closely with colleagues to keep operations running efficiently, and help maintain consistently high standards and energy throughout the shift.
Working environment
This is an airport-based role, so shifts may begin as early as 3:00 am. Early starts are balanced by early finishes, and the role requires flexibility to match the demands of airport trading hours.
