Role overview
As a Guest Experience Expert, you will help create a stay that feels seamless, thoughtful, and memorable rather than simply handling check-in and check-out. The role is centered on anticipating guest needs, taking initiative, and making every interaction feel like a natural part of the overall experience. You may handle operational tasks, respond to guest requests, prepare reports, and share useful highlights about the local area.
Key duties
You will be expected to move around the property as needed and step in wherever support is required. This includes managing day-to-day service tasks, assisting guests throughout their stay, and ensuring that the experience remains smooth and polished from arrival to departure.
Standards and work expectations
Success in this position depends on consistently maintaining a safe workplace, following company procedures, protecting confidential information, safeguarding company property, and upholding quality standards. Professional grooming, appearance, and communication are essential at all times. The role also requires being on your feet for extended periods and performing hands-on physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and no supervisory background or certification is necessary.
