Role Summary
This position is focused on accelerating business growth by partnering closely with teams such as Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth initiatives around important customer occasions such as breakfast, coffee, and fine dining, with the goal of meeting core business OKRs.
- Use market research and customer insights to uncover opportunities with strong growth potential.
- Work with different teams to launch focused marketing activities that improve engagement and repeat usage.
- Support the Marketing function in designing and rolling out lifecycle marketing programs.
- Help coordinate regular performance review meetings, including weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Partner with Product teams to improve entry points that can strengthen growth across key user moments.
- Shape and improve customer segmentation approaches.
- Create growth strategies tailored to different customer groups.
- Assist in building personalized customer journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to confirm the effectiveness of growth tactics.
- Review core growth measures such as frequency, LTV, CAC, and cost per incremental order, then turn findings into actionable insights.
- Support dashboard reporting to monitor results and guide decisions.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the division’s OKRs while staying aligned with functional leaders.
- Help shape strategic and operational decisions that support the division’s direction.
- Track OKRs and related metrics closely, and recommend corrective actions when targets are off track.
- Ensure daily work follows the relevant policies, procedures, and controls.
- Look for process improvements that can raise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Help maintain a high-performance environment and reflect the company’s values in day-to-day work.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or user lifecycle management, ideally within a technology company.
- Strong knowledge of user behavior and market trends in Saudi Arabia.
- Comfortable working with both data and customer intuition; able to model outcomes while also understanding what appeals to users.
- Experience with SQL and Braze is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline is required.
