Role overview
This is a remote graphic design opportunity based in the Netherlands for a creative, detail-focused professional who can turn complex B2B topics into clear, engaging visuals. The role involves shaping reports, ebooks, social media pieces, and print magazines into polished design outputs that make data, research, and frameworks easier to understand.
You will work in a fast-moving, experimental, remote-first setup and partner closely with writers, marketers, editors, and strategists. The position calls for someone who can balance creativity with structure, adapt to different client brand systems, and manage projects independently from concept through final delivery.
Accountabilities
- Create visually strong reports, ebooks, whitepapers, and research materials that follow client and internal brand guidelines.
- Convert data, frameworks, and research findings into easy-to-read visual stories and infographics.
- Build custom diagrams and visual frameworks from rough ideas through to refined final artwork.
- Contribute to the design of print magazines with editorial teams, supporting layout quality and visual storytelling.
- Produce consistent digital and social assets tailored for different client channels.
- Handle several projects at once while keeping both deadlines and design standards on track.
- Work with writers, editors, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the visuals support the intended message.
Requirements
- Demonstrable background as a graphic designer, supported by a varied portfolio covering both digital and print work.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma.
- Ability to tell stories visually and simplify technical or complex material.
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to convert early concepts into finished, production-ready assets.
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines in a remote environment.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to receive and apply feedback.
- Independent work style with strong ownership from idea stage to final output.
- Positive, cooperative approach to working across cross-functional teams.
