The Opportunity
In this Graduate Sales Executive / SDR role, you will be the initial contact point for potential customers. The position is centred on creating new business through outbound prospecting while setting the groundwork for a long-term career in sales. It is intended as a stepping stone into Account Executive roles, with progression commonly taking around 12 to 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate fresh business leads through outbound B2B prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn, including frequent cold calling.
- Carry out detailed research on target companies so outreach can be tailored and conversion improved.
- Identify the right decision-makers, assess their business needs, and secure qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment goals.
- Build product and market knowledge continuously so you can speak confidently about new offerings, industry movements, and competitors.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support smooth handovers and contribute to success across the sales process.

Compensation and Benefits
- Basic salary of 28K to 30K, with first-year on-target earnings of 60K.
