Role Overview
This graduate position is designed for a technically minded individual looking to build a career in data analysis, business improvement, and digital transformation. Based in Bristol on a 24-month fixed-term contract, the role offers exposure to client work, collaboration with experienced colleagues, and opportunities to turn data into practical business insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and interpret data to produce insights that support business decisions.
- Build clear dashboards and visual outputs using Power BI, PowerApps, and other analytics or visualisation tools.
- Support improvement projects by turning findings into practical recommendations.
- Partner with different teams to gather, understand, and shape business requirements.
- Help manage and improve databases using SQL or similar data tools.
- Assist with project records, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
The company is open to graduates with technical or analytical backgrounds who may already have some relevant experience or who are keen to learn new tools and grow quickly in the role. A strong interest in data, coding, visualisation, or business analysis would be valuable.
Eligibility and Requirements
- A technical undergraduate degree at 2:1 level.
- Permission to work in the United Kingdom.
- Strong skills in analysis, problem solving, and numerical reasoning.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Careful attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- A full driving licence and the ability to travel to the office when required, as hybrid working is part of the setup.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information
This is a 24-month fixed-term contract in Bristol with a salary of £26,000 in year one. The employer is unable to provide visa sponsorship because it is not on the UK Border Agency sponsor register.
