Role Overview
This remote, full-time position is for a GoHighLevel specialist who will set up, fine-tune, and manage GoHighLevel accounts end to end. The work involves handling pipelines, funnels, automations, and platform integrations that support marketing and sales functions. You will also build and improve landing pages, workflows, email and SMS campaigns, and lead nurturing journeys that align with client goals. In addition, you will review performance data, resolve issues, and make improvements based on insights and feedback. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to convert business needs into effective GoHighLevel configurations, while also documenting procedures for future reuse. You may also train users, share best practices, and stay updated on new GoHighLevel features and product changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage GoHighLevel environments, including pipelines, funnels, forms, calendars, triggers, workflows, and automation rules.
- Create and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns, lead-nurture journeys, and conversion-focused automations.
- Maintain CRM quality through proper contact segmentation, list organization, and data cleanup.
- Connect GoHighLevel with external systems such as payment tools, ad platforms, webinar software, and APIs, while resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Track campaign and funnel results, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on performance data.
- Work with internal stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and translate them into practical GoHighLevel builds.
- Document processes clearly so workflows can be repeated and scaled efficiently.
- Provide guidance to users when needed and recommend platform best practices.
- Keep pace with GoHighLevel updates, enhancements, and new capabilities.
Qualifications
- Practical, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including pipelines, funnels, workflows, triggers, forms, calendars, and automation setup.
- Proven ability to build and improve email and SMS campaigns, nurture sequences, and automation flows that support lead conversion.
- Strong CRM administration skills, including contact segmentation and maintaining clean, reliable data.
- Experience integrating GoHighLevel with third-party tools and diagnosing technical problems.
- Comfort with analyzing funnel and campaign performance, creating reports, and using insights to improve outcomes.
- Good written and spoken communication skills for gathering requirements and explaining setups to non-technical audiences.
- Strong self-management, prioritization, and organizational skills for remote work in a fast-moving environment.
- Background in digital marketing, marketing automation, or operations within agencies, consultancies, or SaaS businesses is an advantage.
- Understanding of landing page structure, user experience basics, and copy considerations that support higher conversions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.
