  • Coordinate, organize, and control multiple implementation workstreams according to approved scope and timelines.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to confirm scope against contract documents, technical requirements, and data insights so the right technologies are selected.
  • Help shape a scalable engineering structure that supports company growth and clearly defines implementation team responsibilities for operations support.

  • Turn business needs into a scalable solution design and manage change control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver complex requirements using a range of tools and technologies.
  • Act as the primary business decision-maker, including creating ramp-up plans and schedules, identifying risks, and putting mitigation actions in place.
  • Guide cross-functional implementation teams on a day-to-day basis and advise customers on deployment best practices within their environment.
  • Review and approve standard operating procedures in partnership with IT and support testing of those procedures.
  • Ensure an effective handover to operations after go-live and ramp-up.
  • Work directly with customer stakeholders, from senior operations leaders to frontline end-users.
  • Coordinate with customer and operations leadership to make sure processes are followed throughout implementation.
  • Work with project managers to surface and address possible issues and risks.
  • Develop documentation that supports the move from implementation into post-implementation support.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend process or engineering improvements where needed.
  • Support quality-driven management methods and encourage the use of analysis to inform decisions and business improvements.
  • Make sure the team understands expectations and how information should be reported and used.

Requirements
