General Assistant - Full Time

Role summary

What you will do

• Follow all relevant health and safety rules, employee policy requirements, and company procedures at all times.
• Maintain the JD Gyms brand standards across the site.
• Carry out scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checks, along with safety inspections.
• Identify and report defects so that the building and equipment remain safe to use.
• Keep the entire gym facility cleaned and presented to the highest possible standard.
• Make sure uniform standards are consistently followed.
• Provide excellent service to members at all times.
• Take part in colleague training videos that support the delivery of strong standards across the wider group.
• Handle any other reasonable tasks as needed.
