Role Overview
This contract-to-hire opportunity is for an experienced full-cycle recruiter who will support a fast-moving, high-volume hiring function focused mainly on call center and customer service roles. The position is based in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid or remote work arrangement. The work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Compensation is listed at 42,000 to 50,000, depending on experience.
What You'll Do
- Own the recruitment process from initial sourcing through onboarding for large-volume call center openings.
- Identify, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for fit and readiness.
- Develop and nurture strong talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout each stage of the process.
- Prepare applicants for interviews and explain what to expect during onboarding.
- Handle background screening, drug testing, I-9 and E-Verify steps, and related onboarding paperwork.
- Track candidate progress closely to help ensure start dates are met and to address any roadblocks quickly.
- Keep candidate information and recruiting activity current in Bullhorn ATS.
- Work with leadership to achieve hiring targets while maintaining a positive candidate journey.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing the complete recruiting cycle is required.
- Background in high-volume recruiting is required.
- Experience in staffing environments is required.
- Call center recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Bullhorn ATS is required.
- Working knowledge of onboarding workflows, background checks, drug screens, and E-Verify is needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities are important.
- Capability to juggle several requisitions in a high-paced setting is necessary.
- Self-directed work style with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment is expected.

Schedule and Compensation
