Job Role: Fraud Analyst

TCS BPS is seeking a Fraud Analyst to join their team in Chennai, India. This role involves investigating and monitoring fraudulent activities to protect the company and its clients.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must be any graduate with a minimum of 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Mandatory submission of all educational and employment documents is required.
• Salary for all previous employment must have been credited via bank transfer; cash payments are not acceptable.

Skill Requirements

• Requires 1-4 years of experience, preferably in an associate role.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in any banking process or 2-6 months of experience in Fraud Operations is necessary.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a notice period of 0-90 days.
• The role involves performing 360-degree reviews on alerts triggered by system thresholds for various fraud types, including Account Takeover (ATO), Payout Transaction (PTO), Transaction of Account (TOA), Identity Theft, ATO Scams, and First-Party Frauds.
