Role Overview

ACOUSTIEG is hiring a Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position centers on overseas procurement, supplier coordination, and keeping logistics activities running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Handle international sourcing and purchasing tasks.
• Assess suppliers based overseas and negotiate commercial terms.
• Oversee import and export workflows, including documentation and customs clearance.
• Follow shipment movement and help ensure deliveries arrive on schedule.
• Investigate and resolve issues that arise during logistics operations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and company processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to align purchasing needs with supply requirements.
• Review data and reports to improve cost efficiency and operational performance.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a closely related field is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience is needed.
• Good understanding of international trade rules and customs procedures.
• Prior exposure to shipping companies and logistics partners.
• Comfortable using Excel and ERP platforms.
• Strong English communication abilities.
