F&B Service Expert

Role Overview

This position is centered on creating a memorable dining experience rather than simply serving meals. The role involves attentive guest interaction, smooth coordination with the kitchen, careful table setup, and maintaining clean and organized service areas so that every guest touchpoint feels polished and seamless.

Key Duties

• Set up tables and service stations to hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen colleagues to ensure accurate and timely food and beverage service.
• Welcome, engage with, and serve guests throughout their meal experience.
• Handle transactions as part of the overall guest journey.
• Keep work areas, tools, and supplies clean and ready for use.
• Follow brand standards, company procedures, and safety practices at all times.
• Maintain a professional image, including uniform, grooming, and communication.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements

This role requires being active for long periods, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended stretches. The work may involve movement across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. The position also includes handling menus and printed information, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. Objects handled may weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED-equivalent qualification is preferred. Candidates should have less than one year of related work experience. No supervisory background is needed, and no license or certification is required.
