Facility/Asset Lead

About the Role

This position is focused on managing the safe, secure, economical, and environmentally responsible running of Euro Mechanical’s facilities across several sites. The role also carries responsibility for protecting and extending the long-term value of the assets under care.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and track maintenance plans, repair timelines, and budgets for facilities, equipment, and refurbishment work.
• Build and run preventive maintenance programs, ensure scheduled maintenance is completed on time, and handle urgent breakdowns to keep operations moving.
• Manage day-to-day facility activities such as equipment maintenance, MRO inventory, parking arrangements, waste handling, and building security.
• Put safety policies and procedures into practice and make sure they align with company rules as well as health and safety standards.
• Track utility usage, keep maintenance spending under control, and support ongoing improvement efforts based on lean and efficiency principles.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required, with engineering preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in facility and asset management is needed.
• Prior experience in industrial, oil and gas, or engineering settings is expected.
• Strong flexibility and the ability to work well with technical and cross-functional teams are important.
