Role overview
SenseING is looking for an Executive Assistant & Backoffice professional to strengthen its team in Karlsruhe. The position is designed for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, stays calm when priorities shift, and is ready to take ownership of day-to-day coordination tasks.
In this role, you act as the central organizational contact for the team. You help ensure smooth daily operations, support management and colleagues with administrative tasks, coordinate appointments, structure internal workflows, and contribute ideas to improve processes over time.
