Internship Overview
This internship focuses on supporting eLearning course management and growth initiatives at High On Tales, a company renowned for crafting diverse digital learning and branding media including explainer videos, animations, and corporate visual content. Interns will engage in critical review processes, content uploading, project coordination, and business development activities, with extensive application of AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate course materials for content accuracy and visual appeal by researching topics and identifying any gaps, collaborating with editors to ensure the correct imagery and graphics are used.
- Upload and publish courses on the Learning Management System (LMS) with appropriate training provided.
- Manage project timelines by coordinating with subject experts, quality assurance teams, editors, and vendors to maintain progress and meet deadlines.
- Maintain detailed project tracking documentation to monitor all stages of course development.
- Utilize AI platforms such as Claude to assess and enhance script quality and prepare initial drafts for expert feedback.
- Assist business development efforts through AI-generated outreach emails and research on potential tenders, requests for proposals, and LinkedIn leads.
- Contribute to content marketing by assisting with blog posts, website updates, and market research using AI technologies.
