E-commerce & Shopify Specialist

Role overview

We are hiring an E-commerce & Shopify Specialist to build, manage, and improve online stores with a focus on performance, usability, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up Shopify stores from the ground up, including the initial store structure and configuration.
• Handle payment gateway setup, shipping options, tax rules, and core store settings.
• Maintain product listings, collections, inventory levels, and pricing updates.
• Install, configure, and manage Shopify applications and connected tools.
• Modify themes and enhance the visual presentation and customer journey across the store.
• Diagnose technical problems and resolve issues to keep the store running reliably.
• Connect the store with marketplaces, logistics partners, and external systems when needed.
• Track store metrics and recommend improvements that can lift sales and conversion rates.

Required experience and technical background

• Hands-on experience working with the Shopify platform.
• Solid working knowledge of Shopify Admin, themes, apps, and integrations.
• Practical experience with payment gateways and shipping setup.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Shopify customization is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Background in e-commerce operations or online retail environments.
