Role overview
In this position, you will support the daily trading and content operations of Dyson’s DACH web shop. The role sits between commercial execution and onsite content, helping the team deliver a strong customer journey while meeting business targets.
You will work alongside eCommerce Managers, Content Executives, and other internal teams to carry out trading plans, keep the site running smoothly, and improve onsite performance.
This is a suitable entry-level opportunity for someone aiming to develop a career in eCommerce trading and digital merchandising, with hands-on exposure to both commercial decisions and content delivery.
Key responsibilities
You will contribute to trading execution, website merchandising, cross-functional coordination, and campaign support across the DACH region.
- Help deliver the trading calendar, including promotions, campaigns, and major peak-trading periods.
- Monitor site performance on a day-to-day basis, spot issues, and escalate them when needed.
- Assist with pricing, promotional, and merchandising updates in partnership with the trading function.
- Track stock levels and raise risks such as low inventory or excess stock.
- Maintain and refresh website content through CMS tools to keep the customer experience premium and consistent.
- Support new product introductions and category merchandising on the site.
- Make sure all onsite content follows brand standards and commercial priorities.
- Help set up campaigns and execute landing pages.
- Work with eCommerce, content, marketing, supply, and analytics teams to deliver digital initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across DACH markets and the wider region.
Profile
The ideal candidate is an early-career professional with an interest in eCommerce, digital merchandising, and online customer experience.
- You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital, or a related area.
- You have some initial experience, such as an internship or working-student role, in eCommerce, digital, or online business.
- You have a strong interest in eCommerce, trading, and the digital customer journey.
- You work in a structured, organized, and detail-focused way.
- You take initiative, learn quickly, and are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- You approach problems with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
- You are comfortable working with others across teams and markets.
- You adapt well when priorities change.
- You communicate clearly and effectively.
- You speak English fluently; German is a strong advantage.
Technical exposure
Experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is helpful, though not mandatory.
