What You Will Do

• Meet with homeowners to learn their project goals and translate those ideas into buildable concepts.
• Prepare and refine architectural drawings, layouts, and construction plans.
• Coordinate structural details and MEP-related information as part of the design process.
• Work closely with sales and production teams so the design intent can be executed efficiently.
• Review drawings against field conditions and as-built information, then resolve inconsistencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, drafting standards, and consistent visual presentation.
• Keep stakeholders updated and help keep design timelines on track.

Required Background and Approach

Preferred Experience

Experience in residential remodeling or light commercial construction is especially valuable. Familiarity with architects, engineers, and MEP professionals, along with exposure to permit-ready plans, as-built documentation, and drafting workflow improvements, will be an advantage. Interest in developing into a senior design or leadership role is also welcomed.
