Core mandate

• Take full responsibility for profit and loss, with a clear focus on sustainable business expansion.
• Develop and deepen relationships with institutional investors, developers, and funds.
• Oversee delivery quality across project management, technical due diligence, and ESG advisory work.
• Strengthen the German organisation by building capability, succession planning, and leadership depth.
• Contribute actively to European leadership discussions and the broader long-term strategy.

Candidate profile

• You should already be a proven leader in real estate consultancy, project management, or technical advisory.
• A strong technical background and a credible personal track record are essential.
• Experience leading a business unit or geographic market in a matrixed or international setting is important.
• The role requires commercial judgement, resilience, and comfort working with a high degree of autonomy.
• Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
