Role overview

This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on directing and growing delivery operations for enterprise clients across the EMEA region. The role is centered on ensuring strong customer outcomes across complex global programs, while connecting client needs with internal execution teams. It calls for a leader with executive-level gravitas, sound commercial judgment, and the confidence to work effectively in fast-moving, distributed environments.

You will shape delivery strategy, strengthen operational performance, and help drive retention and account expansion. The position also involves influencing pre-sales activity, onboarding, service quality, and long-term client value. Key accountabilities

• Direct a strategic delivery function across EMEA with a focus on quality outcomes, disciplined execution, and long-term client retention.
• Set and manage delivery plans across client portfolios, including testing work, onboarding activities, and initiatives that help customers realize value.
• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales to support commercial planning, contribute to deal cycles, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Oversee client onboarding, pilot delivery, and implementation standards so that adoption is smooth and customer success is achieved.
• Build trusted executive relationships with clients and translate delivery progress into clear business outcomes.
• Track portfolio performance through KPIs, financial measures, and risk signals, while maintaining reliable forecasting.
• Lead renewal planning and execution, including contract discussions and retention-focused commercial strategy.
• Partner with Operations, Community, and Delivery Leadership to improve service delivery and scale global capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in professional services, delivery management, or consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles overseeing large portfolios and P&L responsibility.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Deep experience in delivery transformation, enterprise consulting, or client engagement leadership.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, DevOps, QA engineering, and testing approaches.
• Demonstrated success managing senior client relationships and explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Strong commercial and operational judgement, including KPI management, reporting, risk control, and resource planning.
• Experience handling renewals and commercial negotiations in enterprise settings.
• Proven leadership experience with distributed, cross-functional, and remote teams.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong executive presence.
• A structured, adaptable, and resilient working style, with comfort in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
