Role summary
The Department Manager role is a hands-on leadership position that reflects Kmart’s core values. In this position, you will recruit, guide, develop and support team members while working alongside them to build motivation, maintain strong standards and contribute to a safe, positive store culture.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, lead, coach and develop department team members.
- Work closely with the team to maintain high performance and strong day-to-day standards.
