Role Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Data Entry Analyst to help manage data, support reporting tasks, and uphold quality standards across the organization. This position suits someone who enjoys working with information, values accuracy, and wants to contribute to data-informed decisions in a remote-first setting.
Responsibilities
- Input, revise, and keep records current in internal platforms and databases.
- Check information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Carry out validation, cleansing, and quality checks on data.
- Prepare standard reports and assist with basic analysis work.
- Spot and fix data mismatches and irregularities.
- Work with teams across the business to maintain data integrity.
- Document data workflows, procedures, and operating standards.
- Help with ad hoc reporting and administrative assignments when required.
Requirements
- Suitable for junior candidates with 0–2+ years of experience, including internships.
- Prior exposure to data entry, administrative assistance, reporting, or similar work is an advantage.
- Very strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data handling tools.
- Foundational analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be located in the United States and legally permitted to work full-time.
