Role overview
This position combines data analysis with supply chain coordination in an engineering-focused environment. The person in the role will work on examining, refining, transforming, and modeling data to improve productivity, support better business decisions, and strengthen competitive performance.
Core responsibilities
The role involves statistical analysis to support accurate forecasting and classification, along with end-to-end data processing using customized reporting features within enterprise systems. The selected candidate will also help maintain analytical platforms, validate data accuracy, and serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
In addition, the position requires close collaboration with developers and data scientists to define business goals and oversee system capabilities. A major part of the work will center on supply chain design and execution, including preventing program delays, reducing disruptions in customer and partner relationships, improving internal operations, and protecting competitive standing.
Supplier onboarding and system support
The analyst will help coordinate supplier onboarding into the Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) and Transportation Management System (TMS). This includes following the established process, making sure suppliers stay aligned with the deployment timeline, and supporting frequent supplier communication about strategy, acceptance steps, and required tasks.
Daily support will also include troubleshooting SNC/TMS issues, assisting suppliers through onboarding challenges, preparing status updates for leadership reviews, and helping the project manager monitor progress. The role includes tracking supplier task completion, granting system access after training is finished, and supporting efforts to ensure security levels are completed correctly.
Preferred experience and background
Experience with the supply chain management systems landscape and sourcing processes is a strong advantage. Familiarity with EWI and SAP CAMS is preferred, while MES (manufacturing execution system) experience is also acceptable.
Technical focus
A significant portion of the work will involve transforming data and mapping it from one system to another. Strong analytical judgment, collaboration across functions, consensus-building, and the ability to influence stakeholders and describe future-state solutions are especially important.
Skills matrix
The role calls for 4 to 6 years of experience in Oracle, SQL, SQL Server, data analysis, data cleansing techniques, data management, data quality analysis, and Oracle database management.
