Role overview
This position is for a client-facing Customer Success Manager working in the financial data and analytics sector. The role focuses on building strong long-term relationships with customers, helping them get value from data, analytics, and workflow products, and supporting retention and renewals through effective engagement.
What you'll do
- Act as the main post-sale contact for an assigned group of clients, taking ownership of the relationship and guiding a smooth onboarding process.
- Encourage product usage by learning how each client works and tailoring the platform to their business goals.
- Provide regular coaching, product walkthroughs, and practical guidance so clients can use the solution more effectively.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address problems and share customer insights internally.
- Help secure renewals by clearly showing the ongoing value delivered and by maintaining strong connections with key stakeholders.
- Run scheduled account reviews, prepare usage updates, and present business review discussions with clients.
- Keep up to date with market trends, industry developments, and product changes so advice to clients remains relevant and informed.
