About the Role
InAir is hiring a part-time Customer Success Coordinator to work 30 hours per week. The position is focused on increasing client value, supporting retention, and keeping account relationships healthy across the active customer portfolio. A key part of the role also involves partnerships, with responsibilities tied to maintaining and growing the company’s relationship with Airtable.
The right person for this role will be organized, empathetic, and comfortable working in a tech-oriented setting where client outcomes and cross-functional collaboration matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate updates to the Airtable Partner Portal in collaboration with project managers.
- Assist with onboarding tasks and administrative work connected to sales operations.
- Help ensure client reports, proposals, and partner deliverables remain accurate and up to date.
- Build stronger client relationships through regular follow-ups, check-ins, and health-focused conversations that support satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare materials for quarterly client reviews, including account summaries, feedback collection, and follow-up actions.
- Track account health and client sentiment, surface risks and opportunities, collect feedback, and share useful insights with internal teams.
- Create, send, and review CSAT surveys to support improvements in the customer experience.
- Develop and sustain relationships with Airtable account managers and sales representatives through planned outreach and coordination with Marketing.
- Support communication with key partners and help keep goals aligned across all collaboration efforts.
- Keep client interaction logs, account health notes, and partnership outreach records organized within internal systems.
- Work closely with Delivery, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to represent client needs and support partnership projects.
- Join team syncs and provide updates on customer sentiment, account status, and partnership engagement.
- Refresh account health scores, stakeholder maps, communication history, and account documentation each month to improve visibility and renewal readiness.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or partner relations, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Comfort using CRM and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and ClickUp.
- Exposure to Airtable or similar data management platforms is an advantage.
- Strong command of written and spoken English at a C1 to C2 level.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in leading client meetings and partner outreach.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle several accounts and initiatives at the same time.
