Role overview

Key duties
- Share benefit enrollment information and assess whether customers meet the required criteria.
- Answer and route incoming customer service calls.
- Address client questions about coverage choices while keeping their best interests in mind.
- Build and explain personalized policies through the company’s Needs Analysis system.
- Work with leadership to remain current on new offerings, services, and policy updates.
