The Brick is looking to grow its service team with a part-time Customer Service Representative for its distribution centre in Al Uyaynah, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and support both internal and external customers with a high standard of service.
- Prepare reports, spot inconsistencies in information, and flag data issues.
- Open and process service work orders.
- Handle operating reports and provide administrative assistance to different teams, including distribution centre management.
- Support onboarding and training for new team members.
- Carry out data entry and other routine office tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a warehouse setting is considered an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to deliver excellent customer service in a busy, high-volume setting.
- Reliability, punctual attendance, and consistent dependability.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Good attention to detail.
- Availability to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, when needed.
