Role summary
In this position, you will act as the main quality contact for international projects. Your focus will be on shaping, rolling out, and maintaining quality standards across both new product initiatives and series production. You will also work closely with customers and internal teams to keep quality topics moving in the right direction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters in international project work.
- Design and introduce quality concepts for new projects as well as ongoing serial production.
- Monitor existing quality workflows, refine them where needed, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own complaint handling and coordinate customer-facing quality issues in close alignment with the client.
- Prepare inspection plans based on the APQP approach, define deviation handling processes such as Concession, VNCR, and EPD, and manage deviations in a structured way.
Candidate profile
- You hold a completed engineering degree, preferably in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.
- You have solid practical knowledge of quality management and apply common quality methods confidently.
- You bring experience with APQP and technical project management, including familiarity with the related workflows.
- Your English skills are strong in both speaking and writing, enabling you to work confidently in an international environment.
- You are a team-oriented person with strong communication and coordination abilities, and you work in a structured, independent manner.
