About the program

Cuscal has played a leading role in Australia’s payments industry for 60 years, including launching the country’s first ATM and helping drive the New Payments Platform (NPP). The Technology Graduate Program 2027 is designed for emerging tech talent who want to contribute to high-impact work in a business that sits at the centre of Australia’s payments ecosystem.

This program is aimed at people who want to solve real problems, work on meaningful innovations, and build a technology career with long-term growth opportunities.

What you will gain

Over the course of two years, you will develop practical experience through structured rotations across multiple technology functions. The program is designed to build your capability, expand your exposure to the business, and support your professional development.

• Four six-month rotations across areas such as Product Management, Cloud Technologies, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Data, and AI.
• Hands-on involvement in modern projects that address real payments-related challenges.
• Guidance, mentoring, and training tailored to help you grow professionally.

Eligibility

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or another closely related discipline.
• Interest in one or more of the following areas: Cloud Technologies, Cyber Security, or Software Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• A mindset that is open to innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
