Creative Strategist

Role overview

This position focuses on using AI-enabled methods to reshape marketing strategy and creative development. The Creative Strategist will combine audience insights, LLM-powered analysis, Meta AI ideation, and content creation to design work that performs across Meta’s platform ecosystem. The role is centered on building systems of ideas that support the auction, strengthen discovery, and contribute to measurable business growth.

You will join a team of experienced creatives working on major brand campaigns. The work involves blending creativity, technology, and data to build marketing approaches that improve engagement, expand brand awareness, and deliver strong results for clients and Meta.

Responsibilities

• Define creative direction and create strategic plans that focus on the highest-value opportunities for business impact for both clients and Meta.
• Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders across sales, creative, and agency teams to help position Meta for success with large-scale businesses.
• Design creative solutions that motivate audiences, influence decisions, and prompt client action.
• Turn creative data, metrics, and insights into a practical operating approach that surfaces the right challenges, monitors progress, and supports long-term improvement.
• Manage and align several internal cross-functional partnerships with differing priorities so collaboration stays productive.
• Spot client creative challenges and build, launch, and scale effective ideas and solutions.

Required qualifications

• Practical experience creating persuasive presentations, mockups, and videos.

Preferred qualifications

• Background in consulting.
• Exposure to or knowledge of data science.
• Ongoing development of AI-related skills, such as prompt and context engineering or agent orchestration, along with awareness of new AI tools and trends.
• Ability to apply responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk reviews, bias reduction, and quality or accuracy checks.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline or redesign workflows and produce measurable gains such as better efficiency or improved quality.

Compensation and benefits

The posted base compensation range is $73,008 per year to $114,000 per year. In addition to base pay, the role may include bonus, equity, and benefits. Meta indicates that actual compensation is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location, and that the stated figure reflects base compensation only.
