About the Role
Owting is looking for a Creative Content Lead who can elevate its creative expression across video, graphics, animation, sound, and storytelling. This position sits at the overlap of marketing and product, with the goal of producing content that encourages users to join the platform and engage with the community.
Role Scope
This is a remote position with an expected commitment of 25+ hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging video assets for paid advertising campaigns aimed at different audience segments.
- Produce short-form social content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Enhance creative output through motion, graphics, animation, and audio design.
- Help define the visual and storytelling direction for social and marketing content.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience creating video, animation, and/or audio-led content, supported by a portfolio.
- Hands-on proficiency with Adobe tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition, or similar software.
- Working knowledge of animation applications and sound design tools.
- Willingness to experiment with AI tools to improve the content creation process.
- Good understanding of social media formats, audience behavior, and current trends.
- Strong communication and storytelling ability.
- Capacity to deliver consistently while working 25+ hours per week.
