About the Internship
The intern will engage closely with the founder for 2-3 days each week, capturing 7-10 short-form videos and still images tailored for Instagram Reels and product pages on Shopify. This hands-on role involves collaborating on content ideas and creative angles to enhance brand storytelling.
Responsibilities include crafting brief, compelling, and brand-aligned captions focused on conversion for each video, submitting them weekly for review and incorporating feedback accordingly. The intern will manage daily Instagram postings consisting of one reel per day and 3-4 carousel posts per week, as well as responding to comments and direct messages within a 24-hour timeframe.
Weekly performance reports tracking metrics such as reach, engagement, and top-performing content are required, along with recommendations for upcoming content themes based on insights. Additionally, the intern must conduct product photography sessions capturing 4-5 close-up shots of nails on hands to feature on Shopify product pages.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be from Pune and available for a part-time internship lasting three months.
- Start date must fall between July 18, 2026, and August 22, 2026.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in social media content creation, video editing, and beauty or lifestyle branding.
- Preferred experience includes Instagram growth strategies, content creation for D2C e-commerce, or backgrounds related to beauty and lifestyle brands.
- A portfolio showcasing 3-5 edited reels is mandatory.
