Role overview

This position is focused on helping enterprise clients and agencies turn WhatsApp into a measurable growth and performance channel. The role combines strategic advisory, client consulting, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial growth ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and agencies, guiding them on how to use WhatsApp as a scalable growth and performance lever.
  • Assess client challenges by reviewing business goals, customer journeys, and performance metrics to uncover root issues and expansion opportunities.
  • Create growth plans grounded in data and adapted to different industries, use cases, and customer lifecycle stages so they lead to measurable outcomes.
  • Run executive business reviews, workshops, and strategic advisory sessions while bringing together Marketing, CRM, Agency, and Product stakeholders around common goals.
  • Convert complex client needs into practical recommendations and work with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to deliver solutions that can scale.
  • Develop durable executive-level relationships built on trust, strategic insight, and measurable business results rather than day-to-day account handling.
