Chief Operating Officer

Position Overview

The Chief Operating Officer will lead the company’s day-to-day business activity, sharpen operational performance, and make sure strategic goals are executed effectively. The role centers on improving workflows, managing company resources, and helping the business scale in a sustainable way.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of operations across all departments and maintain strong overall business performance.
• Create, roll out, and continuously refine operational plans, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and performance targets tied to operations.
• Strengthen internal systems to raise productivity and improve service standards.
• Guide and collaborate with management teams to meet organizational goals.
• Support projects, strategic partnerships, and business growth efforts.
• Track important operational indicators and pinpoint areas that need improvement.
• Ensure company policies, safety practices, and applicable regulations are followed.
• Partner with executive leadership on long-term planning, strategy, and expansion.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Background in operations management or a senior leadership role.
• Solid understanding of business operations, project coordination, and process improvement.
• Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills along with sound judgment and decision-making ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the electric vehicle charging, energy, technology, or infrastructure sectors.
• Exposure to scaling businesses and managing operational teams.
• Knowledge of clean technology, service operations, and business development.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
