About the Role
This position focuses on handling chat-based customer communication, updating account details, managing cases, and delivering a consistent, professional support experience. The role is designed to keep interactions responsive for applicants, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer messages with professionalism and clear, accurate communication.
- Record account changes, case notes, customer questions, and resolution actions in internal tools.
- Carefully check customer details and pass along complex or sensitive matters when escalation is required.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and effective issue resolution.
- Protect confidentiality, meet quality expectations, and maintain a courteous communication style.
Required Qualifications
