Key duties

• Support fermentation activities such as inoculations, nutrient additions, and sample collection.
• Carry out cellar operations including racking, transfers, blending, filtration, sampling, and product additions.
• Handle sanitation tasks for tanks, equipment, and the facility overall.
• Follow established operating procedures and safety requirements at all times.
• Complete work orders and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Operate a cellar forklift and other winery equipment safely, with training provided.
• Assist with inventory tracking and lot control.

• Comfort with basic math calculations.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Compensation and employment details

The wage range for this position is $21 to $27 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, a minimum of 3 weeks of paid vacation each year, product allotments, and shift premiums for afternoon and graveyard shifts.
