CCS Cleaner

Role Overview

This permanent cleaning and decontamination position sits within the Community Care Services team in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. The role reports to the CCS Supervisor and focuses on handling returned equipment so it is cleaned, checked, and prepared in line with required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive returned equipment, carry out decontamination and cleaning, and test items as required.
• Identify equipment that needs repair or maintenance and ensure the appropriate follow-up action is taken.
• Keep records and supporting paperwork complete, accurate, and aligned with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain very high housekeeping standards and use excellent cleaning practices throughout the facility.
• Work in line with company procedures, EHS requirements, quality standards, and customer site rules at all times.
• Take part in cross-functional work when needed.
• Follow all operating procedures consistently.
• Join emergency response, fire, and first aid teams if required.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will bring experience from a similar role, preferably in a service setting, and should also be comfortable working in a busy warehouse-style environment such as goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch. Good computer skills are important, along with a full clean driving licence.
