No prior appointment is needed. Candidates can simply arrive at the office for an interview. Those who are qualified may be selected for immediate hiring, with pre-employment steps completed during orientation.

Compensation and incentives

The role offers hourly pay in the range of $15.00 to $17.00. A $500 sign-on bonus is available. There is also a $100 referral bonus per hire for both the referrer and the referred employee, paid after 100 completed work hours. Employees may receive a pay increase after 90 days. Next-day pay is available through the Immediate Pay App.

Working conditions and schedule

This position is onsite and can be structured as full-time or part-time. The schedule is flexible, and the expected weekly hours are 20 to 40. Mileage may be reimbursed when travel is required for errands or client transportation.

Key duties

Caregivers support seniors with everyday personal care and household help. Responsibilities include help with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and soft diets, along with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
