What you will do

You will work closely with Assistant and Associate Buyers to handle the administrative and operational work needed to keep product flowing correctly and on time. A major part of the job is owning the product lifecycle from purchase order setup through pricing and data accuracy.

  • Handle purchase order creation, entry, and style setup from start to finish.
  • Enter UPCs and keep pricing accurate across all global markets.
  • Check product, pricing, and purchase order information across systems to make sure records are correct.
  • Monitor merchandise receipts, store transfers, and inventory movement to help achieve seasonal sell-through targets.
  • Act as a communication bridge between Stores, Store Operations, Logistics, and Accounts Payable to keep deliveries on track and resolve issues quickly.
  • Coordinate weekly product shoots with Photography and Ecommerce teams so products are presented correctly online.
  • Look for ways to simplify, improve, and streamline buying-related processes.
  • Support the growth of the brand’s online and social presence while contributing to seasonal sales and inventory goals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of experience in buying, merchandising, planning, or another related retail function. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial retail setting and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy.
