Overview
PAKFAB is hiring a Business Analyst Project Manager for an on-site position in Aylmer, Ontario, Canada. The role focuses on coordinating operational work, managing records and work orders, supporting logistics, and keeping multiple tasks moving efficiently across teams.
Language Requirement
English proficiency is required for this role.
Education
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience
Applicants should have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
Work Arrangement
This is an on-site job. Work must be done at the physical workplace, with no remote work option available.
Key Duties
- Handle clerical responsibilities, including maintaining organized filing systems.
- Coordinate work activities with other teams or departments.
- Arrange maintenance and repair activities when needed.
- Review and work with reports drawn from paper files, electronic records, inventories, and databases.
- Enter and update data accurately.
- Track shipments and follow up on related issues.
- Monitor work orders, resolve issues, and ensure completion.
- Maintain logs and ongoing records.
- Interpret blueprints, written instructions, and production drawings.
- Update material requirements for production, construction, and related projects.
- Organize operational logistics for the organization.
- Structure tasks in a way that supports efficient completion of work.
- Create priority-based action plans.
- Compile customer orders and instructions.
- Assign projects and programs as needed.
Supervision
This position involves supervising a team of 5 to 10 people.
Tools and Technology
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and MS Office is required.
Personal Qualities
The ideal candidate is accurate, client-focused, and able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, good judgment, initiative, teamwork, and a values-driven approach are important.
