Overview
This role supports breakfast service and the cleanliness of food-service areas in a hospitality setting. The position is based on-site and must be performed at the physical workplace; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities
- Move clean dishes, cutlery, and other service items to the serving area and prepare tables
- Replace and manage linens as needed
- Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, carts, and waste containers
- Clear tables, trays, and chairs, then clean them thoroughly
- Run dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware, and flatware
- Track and record food usage quantities
- Store and handle cleaning supplies safely
- Collect and dispose of kitchen garbage and waste
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
