Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Barista. The selected candidate will prepare both hot and cold beverages and should genuinely enjoy coffee preparation and delivering a welcoming customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of hot and cold drinks to a consistent standard.
• Work with professional coffee machines and grinders safely and efficiently.
• Maintain steady speed, quality, and consistency, especially during busy periods.
• Support basic latte art where possible.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, monitor stock levels, and take care of equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good understanding of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and espresso-based drinks.
• Hands-on experience making both hot and cold coffee beverages.
• Ability to use commercial coffee equipment and grinders.
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills.
• Capability to stay accurate and efficient under pressure.
• Basic latte art knowledge is considered an advantage.
