Barista

Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site Barista position in Taif. The role focuses on preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to a high standard, keeping the work area tidy and well-organized, and contributing to a great guest experience.

What you will do

• Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks with consistency and quality.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Use brewing and beverage equipment correctly during daily operations.
• Track inventory and support basic stock handling tasks.
• Follow food handling, preparation, hygiene, and safety practices.
• Welcome customers, take orders, respond to menu questions, and deliver attentive service.

Skills and qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of barista work and coffee-making methods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact well with people.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Experience with food preparation and awareness of cleanliness and safety standards.
• Careful attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort working in a busy environment.
• Prior experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
