Mai Dubai is hiring an Assistant Manager for its E-Commerce function to accelerate online revenue, build stronger relationships with marketplace partners, and improve the customer journey across digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the e-commerce sales pipeline from lead generation and qualification to conversion and repeat business.
  • Track sales outcomes, review data, and spot opportunities to improve performance and growth.
  • Research the market and competitors to uncover new trends and business opportunities.
  • Partner with IT teams to keep platforms running smoothly, resolve operational issues, and improve user experience.
  • Work in close alignment with Trade Marketing, Sales, and senior leadership to execute business priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SAP, POS systems, Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.
