  • Manage difficult account reconciliations, review operational and cost fluctuations, prepare financial statements, and contribute to financial planning and reporting goals.

  • Coordinate audit work, support GAAP compliance, and help maintain strong internal controls throughout accounting operations.
  • Take part in hiring decisions, train new Accounting Team members, support continuing education, and assist with annual performance reviews.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to leadership when financial information or analysis is needed.
  • Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen accounting systems and processes.
  • Assist department leaders with budgeting and contribute to special projects as needed.
  • Carry out additional assigned duties while maintaining high-quality work aligned with company values.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field is required.
  • CPA certification is strongly preferred.
  • At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience, including prior supervisory or management exposure in a service-based environment.
